well, the classic double room was nice, but the breakfast was absoluteley poor and lacked variety, not to mention that the spa closed half an hour too early for my liking. i also woudl've appreciated a complimentary welcome gift, as i’m clearly deserving of special treatment, but alas, just couldn’t bring myself to recommend this place after all.

10/10
Yo, the location was fire! Quiet medieval streets made for chill evening walks. The staff treated us like family, always ready to help. Our room was spacious and clean, with dope spa vibes after long days. Breakfast was good, but coulda mixed it up a lil. Man, we really enjoyed that stay!

Would recommend for a weekend pause
Spacious room, essential amenities, friendly staff made our stay comfortable as we enjoyed the large bathroom and proximity to local restaurants.
Cannot find any fault.

Great spot for a group trip! We visited Siena and Volterra, both a short drive away. The spa was perfect for relaxation after sightseeing, and the bartender was really friendly with awesome cocktail suggestions. Don’t miss out on the Long Island! The location offers a true taste of medieval charm.
Only downside was the restaurant being closed for refurb. We missed out on dining there and had to find alternatives.

The stay was amazing! We loved the spa with its spacious pool, and the breakfast in the sunroom was phenomenal. Excursions to nearby towns like Siena were super easy, and recommend this spot for families with kids.
In my wife’s opinion, a gym would be great for families.

The superior room offered a lovely ambiance and the breakfast spread was fantastic, featuring fresh pastries and excellent Italian coffee. The outdoor pool was wonderful for relaxing after sightseeing.
The decor could use a refresh, as some paint was chipping off the walls.

We found a lovely surprise gift in our room upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The spa was cozy and reservation-only, with great options for a back massage and facial that I couldn’t resist. The only downside was the air conditioning unit made a bit of noise at night, but it didn’t ruin our stay. 😊

great ambiance , but breakfast needs improvement
The historical ambiance of the building was captivating, enhancing our overall experience. Our room was spacious, equipped with modern bathroom facilities, making our stay quite comfortable. The view over the city was spectacular, providing a lovely backdrop for our mornings and evenings.
The breakfast selection lacked variety, which was disappointing considering the overall quality of our stay.

missingWrote a review on 28 Juncold air conditioningextensive breakfastnavigation difficulty
The air conditioning in the room blew cold enough to counter the late May heat—definitely a 10 out of 10. The breakfast spread had nearly everything you could want to kick off the day, which is no small feat.
Navigating to the hotel can get tricky with a sharp right turn just after the town’s hairpin bends. pay attention to the signs or you might end up lost. The internal restaurant experiences felt crowded and noisy, especially with large groups eating dinner at the same time, which dampened the overall dining experience.

missingWrote a review on 20 Junjetted tub
This was a commendable fit for a budget stay in Colle Val D'Elsa with good value. The jetted tub in the bathroom was a nice way to unwind after a day of exploring. Parking is available on the street, but it's worth checking the free lot nearby if needed.

The Superior Double Room was spacious and had a lovely ambiance. I loved the access to the spa, and having a jacuzzi bath was a nice touch after a long day of exploring. The views from my room were stunning, adding to the relaxing vibe of my stay. Just a heads up, the room could use a bit of an update in decor since it felt a little outdated in spots.
